Catholic School Principals Celebrate CFO Golf Classic Proceeds

Catholic School Principals celebrated the Catholic Foundation’s Golf Classic proceeds distribution at their August Principal’s Meeting at the Catholic Pastoral Center.

Net proceeds of the Golf Classic are split between the Catholic Schools Endowment Funds and the 22 Catholic Schools in the Archdiocese. Each school received a check that included their participation grant, their flight winner's grants and their dutch auction grants. Over $51,000 was divided among the schools.  Golf Classic Chairwoman Danny Stith said, “The Foundation has always supported Catholic education in the Archdiocese with scholarships and grants.  The Golf Classic specifically supports Catholic Schools which is a critical part of the faith development of our youth.”  Since the inception of the Golf Classic as a fund raiser for the Foundation, over $500,000 has been contributed to the Catholic Schools Endowment Funds that benefit the schools in the Archdiocese. Mark your calendar for the 2018 Golf Classic which will be held on Monday, May 21, 2018 at the Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club.
