Christ the King Parish was founded in 1947 when Bishop Eugene McGuinness recognized the need for a new parish in northwest Oklahoma City. Located at Elmhurst Avenue and Dorset Drive, the parish began with 125 families. Today, it is home to more than 1,750 families, offering a wide range of spiritual, educational, and community services.
