Nominate your most dynamic religious education teacher to be selected as Religious Educator of the Year by the Catholic Foundation of Oklahoma.

The Catholic Foundation provides one parish with a $5,000 grant each year to honor volunteer educators who exhibit qualities, skills and leadership that have impacted the lives of others through faith formation. The top RE teacher exemplifies the mission of Catholic education and formation of the archdiocese.

 Nominees may include the following volunteers:

• Youth religious education/formation
• Adult religious education/formation
• RCIA
• Confirmation
• Youth ministry
• Other program

• One nominee per parish or mission religious education program.
• Nominee must submit a recommendation letter from a catechetical leader or the pastor
• Finalists will submit a video responding to prompts assigned by the committee
• Finalists will be celebrated and the winner will be announced at the Awards Luncheon on June 5, 2026.
